    Re , Ryanair.
I booked 2 seats on ryanair and paid in full back in january for travel in july.
Have just got august credit card bill and ryanair have taken £2 out of my account without authorisation. this has also occured to a friend of mine .
Is this yet another way of ryanair showing their true feelings towards the general public and ripping us off.
check your accounts to see if its happened to you.
I know it’s a small amount but it’s not theirs to take without informing me.

This has recently happened to me but by Hertz ( in their case it was £36 ) This was refunded but I have asked various times as to why and never received any answer.
The main reason for my reply is that I live in France and, although there is a daily service from Limoges, there is mainly only Ryanair that fly to the UK from there but they hold us to ransom because the prices vary very much and go up during school holidays ( not just double but sometimes 5 times ). If I could change from Ryanair I would ( and I suspect many more people would ) but I can’t.
      Regards.
